Osierbrook Cottages - Thatched, traditional-style cottages in the heart of Ireland. Come stay and relax in Contae Uibh Fhaili, This is County Offaly, once the Kings County - it is the legendary land of Fionn Mac Cumhail.
A lovely hamlet of three holiday homes were created by neighbours Ciara Morris, (the creator of award-winning marmalades & sauces), and Michael Camon local farmer & fitter. Set within the beautiful, yet less-known monastic midlands, the first three cottages, (named Elm, Cowslip, and Bog Cotton) are close to the site of clonmacnoise which is one of Irelands most historic sites. These were opened in September, 2008 and our first visitors loved their stay!
